Mission Statement
The Mission of the Kale Foundation is dedicated to educating the Chiropractic Professional Community and the Lay Public at large with the knowledge gained through extensive research and investigation of the "Upper Cervical Specific" approach to the correction of neurological interference as expounded by Dr. B.J. Palmer, the "Father of Chiropractic" and Dr. Michael U. Kale "Chiropractic Statesman."
